Section 16

Any police officer may without warrant arrest Powerto any person whom he reasonably suspect to have committed arrest an offence under this Act.

Any police officer arresting a person under subsection (1) may search such person and take possession of all articles found on him which there is reason to believe were used in connection with the offence:

Every person so arrested shall be taken to a nearest police station.
