Section 21

When under this Order or any regulations made thereunder any court imposes a fine for the contravention of section 4, 5 or 6 or for an abetment of or conspiracy or attempt to commit such offences, the court may upon the application of the Public Prosecutor and, if it thinks fit, direct that the whole or any part of such fine when recovered be paid as compensation to the trafficked person.
