Section 26

Whenever the press are allowed to be present at a sitting of a tribunal and not otherwise, a fair and accurate report or summary"· of the proceedings including the evi-dence adduced at that sitting may be published:

Provided, however, that until the award has been pub-lished by order of the Minister, no comment shall be pub-lished in respect of the proceedings or the evidence. Any person who contravenes the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, imprisonment for 6 months and with a fine of $6,000.
