Section 15
(1)
This Part shall not apply to any member of the
Armed Forces, the Police Force or the Prison Service.
(2)
Subject to the provisions of subsection (1), this
Part shall apply to workers employed by or under the Gov-ernment in the same manner as if they were employed by or under a private person.
