Section 9
(1)
A committee shall report its findings and make recommendations to the
Board.
(2)
Upon receiving the findings and recommendations, the Board may-fa) accept the findings and recommendations of a committee and make the recommended order;
(b)
refer the matter back to a committee for further inquiry; or
(c)
make such other order as the Board thinks fit.
