Section 7
(1)
The Director of Tourism Development shall be responsible for the general supervision of all matters relating to which this Act relates.
(2)
The Director may, in writing, delegate the exercise of any or all of the powers and functions conferred upon him by this Act to any public officer as he deems fit.
