Section 7
(1)
The holder of a licence may, before the expiry of the licence, make an application to the Director-General, in such form as the Director-General may determine, to renew the licence.
(2)
The Director-General may renew a licence for one year from the date of expiry of the licence on such conditions as he may determine.
