Section 16
Any person who contravenes regulation 6(4J, (5J, (6) or (7J, regulation 9(1), regulation 10(4), regulation 12, regulation 14(1) or (2) or regulation 15 is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or both.
