Section 77
A licensee of a radio-communication equipment shall permit any officer authorised by the Authority or a police officer not below the rank of inspector, on production of proof of identity, to examine his licence, or if it is not immediately available! to produce the licence at the office of the Authority or at the nearest police station within a reasonable period.
