Section 71
(1)
The Authority may grant a class licence which authorises any person-
{a}
to operate a radio-communication equipment of a specified type;
{b)
to operate a radio-communication equipment for a specified purpose; or
{c)
to operate a radio-communication equipment of a specified type for a specified purpose.
(2)
The operation of radio-communication equipment is not authorised by a class licence if it is not in accordance with the conditions of the licence.
