Section 39

The Authority may grant the following classes of Space Apparatus licences to enable the licensee to transmit, receive or transmit and receive messages by means of satellite communication for such purposes as the Authority may authorise-

{a}

Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT)licence;

{b} Tracking, Telemetry and Command (TT & C) licence;

{c}

Earth Station licence;

{d}

Portable Satellite Communication Terminal licence; and

{e}

Handheld Satellite Communication Terminal licence.
