Section 81
(1)
Without prejudice to section 18, a takaful operator may consult with the Syariah
Financial Supervisory Board on Syariah matters relating to takaful business.
(2)
An association whose members are takaful operators may consult with the
Syariah Financial Supervisory Board on Syariah matters relating to the takaful business of its members and the association.
Insurable interest required for family takaful business.
