Section 77

Except for the purposes of this Order or of any criminal proceedings under this

Order, no person appointed to exercise any powers under this Order shall disclose any information which has been obtained in the course of his duties and which is not published in pursuance to this Order.

Any person who knowingly contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year.

Identification of officers.
