Abetting commission of zina bil-jabar

Section 80
(1)
Any person who abets the commission of zina-bil-jabar under section 76(1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 years and whipping with 40 strokes.
(2)
Any person who abets the commission of zina-bil-jabar under section 76(2) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 years and whipping with 20 strokes.
