Section 73

Any person who abets the commission of zina under section 69(1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $28,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 7 years or both and to whipping not exceeding 40 strokes.

Syariah Penal Code

Any person who abets the commission of zina under section 69(2) or (4) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $16,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 4 years or both and to whipping not exceeding 20 strokes.
