Functions of Board

Section 4
(1)
The Board shall have such functions as may be determined by the
Authority.
(2)
The Authority may consult the Board on syariah matters relating to Islamic banking business, takaful business, Islamic financial business,
Islamic development financial business and any other business which is based on syariah principles.
