Section 16
Every Religious Enforcement Officer and police officer shall forthwith communicate to the nearest Hakim Syar'ie or police officer in charge of a police station any information which he may have or obtain in respect of -
(a)
the occurrence of any sudden or unnatural death or of any death under suspicious circumstances;
(b)
the finding of the dead body of any person witl~out it being known how such person came by his death.
