Section 21B
(1)
Subject to the provisions of any written law, no party shall have any right to be heard before the Syariah High Court or the Syariah Appeal
Court when exercising its powers of revision and supervision.
(2)
No final order shall be made to the prejudice of any person unless that person has had an opportunity of being so heard.
