Section 4
(1)
There is hereby established a Government trust fund to be known as the Sustainability Fund.
(2)
There is hereby established the following Trust Sub-Funds —
(a)
the Fiscal Stabilisation Reserve Fund;
(b)
the Retirement Fund;
(c)
the Strategic Development Capital Fund.
