Section 36
(1)
Any article belonging to an unlawful society shall, upon an order of a court, be forfeited and given to the Registrar or to an Assistant Registrar for disposal in such manner as he thinks fit.

(2)
An order for forfeiture may be made if it is proved to the satisfaction of the court that an offence against this Act has been committed and that the articles were the subject-matter of or were used in the commission of the offence, notwithstanding that no person may have been convicted of such offence.
Anything seized in respect of which there is no prosecution forfeited if not claimed within one month.
