Section 19

No society shall be affiliated or connected with any society outside

Brunei Darussalam without the approval in writing of the Registrar, and the

Registrar may at any time make a provisional order for the dissolution of any such society affiliated or connected with any society outside Brunei

Darussalam without his approval.
