Setting aside award or order

Section 46
(1)
Any award or order of —
(a)
the tribunal made under section 27(3) or 32(1);
(b)
the Registrar made under section 17(9), 18(3) or 20(5), may, on the application of a person aggrieved by that order, be set aside by the tribunal and the tribunal may make such further order as it thinks fit.
(2)
An application under subsection (1) shall be made within one month after the date on which such award or order was made or such further period as the tribunal may allow.
