Appointment of Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrars and other officers

Section 14
(1)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may, on the recommendation of the
Chief
Justice, appoint a
Registrar, a Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrars and such other officers as may be necessary for the proper functioning of the tribunal.
(2)
All the powers and duties conferred and imposed on the Registrar may be exercised and performed by the Deputy Registrar or an
Assistant Registrar.
