Section 97
(1)
An operator of a collective investment scheme must take immediate action to rectify any breach where such breach relates to the incorrect pricing of units.
(2)
Unless the incorrect pncmg in respect of issue is of minimal significance, the operator of a collective investment scheme must inform the
Authority, the trustee and the custodian or other persons providing oversight functions in relation to the collective investment scheme of such rectification.
