Section 262

{a}

the commission of an offence under this Order; or

{b)

the commission outside Brunei Darussalam of any act, in relation to the affairs or business or on behalf of a principal residing in Brunei

Darussalam, which if committed in Brunei Darussalam would be an offence under this Order, shall be deemed to have committed the offence and is liable on conviction to be punished with the punishment provided for such offence.
