(2)
A copy of an entry in the accounting or other records of a regulated person shall not be received in evidence under this Order unless it is first proved that those records were, at the time of making of the entry, the ordinary records of the regulated person and that the entry was made in the usual course of business and that the records are in the custody or control of the regulated person.

Such proof as is required under subsection (2) may be given by the regulated person or any employee of the regulated person and may be given orally or by an affidavit or statutory declaration.
(4)
A copy of an entry in the accounting or other records of a regulated person shall not be received in evidence under this Order unless it is further proved that the copy has been examined with the original entry and is correct.
(5)
Such proof as is required under subsection (4) may be given by any person who has examined the copy with the original entry, and may be given orally or by an affidavit or statutory declaration.
