Section 254
The Authority may establish for the purposes of this Order a Panel to be called the Financial Markets Services Panel (referred to in this Order as the
Panel).
(2)
The Panel is to have the functions conferred on it by or under this
Order.
(3)
Any references in this Order as to the right to make representations shall be construed as a right to refer the matter to the Panel.
