Section 190

(1)

In addition to the requirements imposed on holders of capital markets services licence under this Order or any regulations made thereunder, the

Authority may require -

(a} any class of holders of capital markets services licences; or

(b} any particular holder of a capital markets service.s licence, by written direction given to the person or persons, any further requirements that the Authority thinks fit with respect to the conduct or any business affairs of such holders of capital markets services licences.
