(a} "parent undertaking" includes an individual who would be a parent undertaking for the purposes of this Order, if he were taken to be an undertaking (and "subsidiary undertaking" is to be read accordingly);
(b/ "subsidiary undertaking"
includes, in relation to a body incorporated in or formed under the written law of a country or territory other than Brunei Darussalam, an undertaking which is a subsidiary undertaking within the meaning of any written law in force in that country or territory.
