Section 120
In addition to the information to be provided in accordance with section 118, a registration statement for the sale of certificates representing the rights to purchase shares, or certificates representing the rights to purchase debentures shall contain the following information -
(a}
rights and conditions under the certificates;
(b)
shareholders' resolution authorising the issue of shares or debentures;
{c) amount of shares or debentures to be issued under the certificates;
(d)
procedures for the conversion of rights;
(e)
other information as specified by the Authority in regulations.
