Section 8

For the purposes of the Order, any document relating to any person subject to the Order which requires verification shall be verified -

{a} by an appropriate official in the country or territory or part thereof in which that document originates;

{b) by a notary public; or

{c) by a director, manager, executive officer, partner, trustee or secretary of the person in question, as the Authority may consider appropriate and acceptable.
