Section 2

In the event that any act or step is required or permitted to be done or taken under the Order and no form is prescribed or procedure laid down for the purpose either in the Order or any regulation made thereunder, application may be made to the Authority for directions as to the manner in which the act or step may be done or taken, and any act or step done or taken in accordance which his directions shall be a valid performance of such act or step.
