Section 88

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of this Act or any regulations made thereunder or any direction given or requirement imposed thereunder is guilty of an offence, and if no penalty is provided for an offence against this Act or any regulations made thereunder, be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000.
