Section 78

The secured party shall sell the collateral under section 70 if a person who is entitled to a notice under section 71 and whose interest in the collateral would be adversely affected by the proposal of the secured party to retain the collateral gives to the secured party a notice of objection within 10

working days after receiving the notice referred to in section 77.
