Amendment or discharge of registration

Section 55
(1)
An amendment to or discharge of a registration may be made by the secured party by registering a financing change statement at any time before the expiration of the registration.
(2)
An amendment to a registration —
(a)
to add collateral;
(b)
to add a new debtor,
(c)
(deleted by S 76/2016), is only effective from the date of registration of the financing change statement.
