Duration of registration

Section 51
Except as otherwise provided in this Act, a registration of a financing statement shall be valid until —
(a)
the expiration of the term specified in the financing statement;
(b)
the expiration of 10 years commencing on the date on which and at the time at which the financing statement was registered; or
(c)
when the financing statement has been discharged before the expiration of the relevant period referred to in this section, whichever is the earlier period.
