Registration of financing statement

Section 47
(1)
A financing statement shall be registered at the time a registration number, date and time are assigned to it by the Registry, and it shall not be effective against third parties until it is searchable in the register.

(2)
A financing statement may be registered before or after a security agreement is concluded.
(3)
A financing statement may relate to one or more security agreements.
