A licence issued under this Act -

Section 8
(a)
shall be issued by the licensing officer on payment of the prescribed fee and be in such form and subject to such conditions as may be pre-scribed;
(b)
shall expire on the 31st day of December of the year in which it is issued;
(c)
shall in every case be liable to cancellation by the licensing officer with the approval of the
Minister;
(d)
shall not be transferable without the consent of the licensing officer and payment of the pre-scribed fee.
