Delegation of powers

Section 6
(1)
The Authority may. in respect of a specified matter or class of matter, in writing. delegate any of its powers to an officer of the Authority.
(2)
Every officer of the Authority purporting to act pursuant to a delegation under this section shall, in the absence of proof to the contrary, be presumed to be acting in accordance with the terms of that delegation.
(3)
No delegation under this section shall prevent the exercise of any power of the Authority under this Act or any other written law.
