Section 15
The Fund shall be expended for the purposes of -
(a)
the payment of the expenses connected with the administration of the Authority; and
(b)
the payment or discharge of all expenses, obligations, liabilities of the Authority, necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act and any regulations made thereunder.
