(2)
Any person who uses that part of the sea, referred to in paragraph (1) contrary to any prohibition or restriction imposed by the
Director under paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars and in the case of a continuing offence to a further fine not exceeding fifty dollars for every day or part thereof during which the offence is con
tinued after conviction.
