Composition of Armed Forces and Reserve Regiment

Section 4
(1)
The Armed Forces shall consist of officers appointed, and of soldiers enlisted, in accordance with the provisions of this Act and any regulations made thereunder.

(2)
The Reserve Regiment shall consist of —
(a)
officers appointed to the Reserve Regiment;
(b)
officers appointed to the Armed Forces and for the time being attached to the Reserve Regiment;
(c)
soldiers transferred to the Reserve Regiment at the end of their period of full-time service with the Armed Forces;
(d)
men enlisted for service in the Reserve Regiment, in accordance with the provisions of this Act and any regulations made thereunder.
