Section 651

The Auditor General or any officer deputed by him shall have access to all records/ books, vouchers, documents, cash,· stamps, securities, stores and other properties subject to his audit. It is the du-ty of all accounting officers to afford the Auditor General all necessary facilities-in the execution of his duties. The Auditor General or any of-ficer. deputed by him may remove records and documents from their normal premises, and shall give a written acknowledgement therefor updn request.
