Section 32

When a Controlling Officer considers it necessary to incur ex-t penditure on a service for which there is provision in the Estimates but in respect of which no Treasury Warrant has been authorised, he shall as soon as possible, and before incurring the expenditure, submit to the State Financial Officer a requisition in quadruplicate, stating the estimated cost of the service required, and explaining the purpose for which the requisition is submitted.
