Write-off
of Repealed
The Sultan in Council has power to write off losses and deficien-cies of public moneys and stores, to write off condemned, unser-viceable, and obsolete stores, and to aaandon irrecoverable amounts of revenue, debts, and overpayments. The Sultan in Council has delegated certain of these powers as follows :-
