Section 235

The Head of Department is responsible for maintaining a record of all strong-rooms, safes and cash boxes held on his charge. The record shall show the official number assigned to each strong-room,

safe or cash box, particulars regarding the custody of the duplicate

keys, and transfers between key holders.
