Section 230

Accounting Officers are responsible for maintaining their strong-rooms, safes and cash boxes in proper order. Safes shall be built into the structure of the building or where this is impracticable they shall be securely attached to the structure of the building. Cash boxes 1 if not required to be moved, should also be firmly secured.
