The receiving officer shall see that cheques are complete in that

The numbers of the receipt forms shall be entered on the back of the cheques and the cheque numbers will be entered on the receipt forms.

Cheques should be made payable to ''Brunei Government'' and any cheques which are received and not so drawn must be endorsed by the payee as payable to ''Brunei Government''.
