Section 163

When an Imprest has to be replenished the Imprest Holder shall submit properly completed payment vouchers to the Treasury who shall enter the various vouchers as expenditure and pay the amount of the vouchers to the Imprest Holder. It follows that the Imprest Holder should always have cash or unpresented vouchers or both, equal to the amount of his Imprest.
