Heads of Departments are responsible for ensuring that the total advances under their control are agreed with the corresponding

Treasury account not less than once quarterly and at 31st. December each year. A detailed list of all advances outstanding at the end of each financial year shall be forwarded to the State Financial Officer and the

Auditor General by not later than 28th. February of the following year.
